![]() I can access my SONOS system via the web browser / phone / sonos apps without an issue, but cannot connect via the desktop app if I try to play something via the desktop app it plays on my computer, without interrupting the song selected via one of these other options, as if it was a separate account. ![]() facebook - my desktop seems to think I'm a different person. Now, even though I just logged out everywhere and relogged in using the same method - i.e. I have done everything that has been suggested here and in the pinned post: the complete reinstall (three times), signing out everywhere, turning off my router, disconnecting and reauthorising access via SONOS etc. For the last few weeks, if I restarted my computer the desktop app would work - which was an annoying work around, because I was having to do it every time my computer had gone to sleep or I had stopped spotify, but at least it worked - but now that's not even working. ![]()
